Above all other pursuits, I love being a wife and mother the most. My family bring me happiness and peace! I’m lucky to have an infinitely supportive husband, and a son who makes me want to be better every day.
After earning a Ph.D. in English Education in 2014, I decided to make some more positive changes in my life both physically and mentally. So much of living a fit life style is mental, and it is challenging in ways unlike academia.
